Fast, visual load takedown

Sketch walls and floors over your PDF plan and instantly calculate tributary areas, wall loads, and level loads. Built for structural engineers making quick feasibility checks in preliminary design.

LoadTakedown demo showing walls and floors sketched on a PDF plan with tributary loads per wall

How it works

1. Import a PDF

Load each level as a PDF, align and order them, and work with the building as a whole.

2. Sketch structure

Draw walls and floors. Snap to edges, cut floors with walls, and choose span direction.

3. Read the loads

Auto calculate loads per wall and level plus a tidy results table you can copy/export.

Why engineers use it

Quick feasibility checks without spreadsheets

Visual tributary areas reduce mistakes
