© 2026 LoadTakedown. All rights reserved.
LoadTakedown is provided as a web-based software service. The software, calculation logic, visualisations, and underlying methods are proprietary and may not be copied, modified, distributed, reverse-engineered, or reused without explicit written permission from the authors.
Use of this software does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
Intended Use
LoadTakedown is built to help you move fast thorough structural design workflows: feasibility checks, option studies, and clear visual load paths you can review.
It complements your workflow by making assumptions visible and results easy to sanity-check. It is not a substitute for detailed structural analysis or professional judgement.
For any design, construction, or safety-critical use, independently verify results using appropriate methods and standards.
Quality & Warranty
We care about correctness and actively improve LoadTakedown, but like most engineering tools, outputs depend on your inputs, modelling choices, and interpretation.
For that reason, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not provide a warranty or guarantee of:
Accuracy or completeness for your specific project
Suitability for a particular purpose or workflow
Compliance with any particular code, standard, or regulation
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
If you spot an issue, we genuinely want to hear about it — bug reports and feedback help us improve the tool for everyone.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors of LoadTakedown accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use or misuse of this software.
Users remain fully responsible for all decisions made based on the software's output.
Using LoadTakedown Responsibly
By using LoadTakedown, you agree that:
You will validate inputs (units, scales, geometry, load cases) before relying on outputs
You will apply appropriate engineering judgement and independent checks
You will not use the tool as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions
Development Status
LoadTakedown is under active development.
Features, assumptions, and calculation behaviour may change over time. Feedback and bug reports are welcomed and encouraged.
