Before you upgrade
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan needs no card, and you can try the app without an account.
What happens to my projects if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your projects stay yours. You can always open, edit, calculate, save and export them on the free plan, and save them as a file on your own computer or server. Exports go back to a watermarked PDF.
What if LoadTakedown shuts down?
We'd publish a final free version with every feature unlocked, so your project files keep opening. The file format is plain zip, JSON and your original PDFs.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing in the app. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I get an invoice?
Every payment comes with a receipt by email. If you need an invoice made out to your company, email team@loadtakedown.com.
Why are prices different in other currencies?
Pro is priced for each region rather than converted from pounds, with a lower price in countries where software costs more of a day's pay. You're shown the price for where your browser says you are, and you can switch currency above. You pay the price you see.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
No. Prices are shown before tax, and VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. A business that enters its VAT number at checkout isn't charged VAT where the reverse charge applies.
Can my whole team use it?
Each person needs their own Pro plan for now. For several seats, or to pay by invoice, email team@loadtakedown.com.
